Privacy Policy

We collect account and planning data that is needed to operate kiddo.camp. This can include your email address for login, kid names you add to the planner, saved planner items, shared planner links you create, and provider submission details.

We also receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type, IP-derived location, and page visits. If analytics is enabled, that data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where errors occur.

We use collected information to:

• authenticate your account and send login links,
• save planner items, kids, conflicts, and shared plans,
• improve search, compare, and planning features,
• monitor uptime, prevent abuse, and investigate errors,
• review provider claim and submit requests.

Camp listings come from provider websites, public program pages, provider submissions, and manual verification. Availability, pricing, dates, and policies can change after publication.

We aim to keep listings current, but families should still confirm final details on the provider's registration page before booking.

We use Supabase to support authentication, database storage, and secure server-side operations. We may also use analytics, uptime, and error-monitoring vendors to run the site.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate kiddo.camp or when required by law.

kiddo.camp uses necessary and functional cookies for features such as language preferences, login sessions, and planner actions. Those remain available so the site works correctly.

Non-essential analytics and browser-side error monitoring stay off by default until you explicitly opt in. You can review or change that choice at any time on the Cookie Preferences page.

You can choose not to create an account, though planner persistence and sharing require login. You can remove planner items and kids from your account at any time inside the product.

kiddo.camp is designed for parents and guardians, not for direct use by children. Kids added to the planner should be represented only by the minimum information needed to organize sessions.

Please avoid storing sensitive medical details in freeform fields unless a feature explicitly asks for it and you are comfortable doing so.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
