Refund policy: Withdrawals requested at least 10 days before camp receive a refund minus a 10 percent administration fee. Withdrawals with less than 10 days notice receive a 50 percent refund, and no weather refunds are issued. Full refunds are provided if the YMCA cancels the program.
Drop-off / pick-up: Day camp runs 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, with some locations offering extended hours as listed on the registration page.
Medical and allergies: Campers should bring indoor shoes, a refillable water bottle, and nut-free snacks and lunch. Families should share medical and support needs during registration.
Weather policy: YMCA day camps are not eligible for weather refunds. Full refunds are only issued when the YMCA cancels because of low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
