Refund policy: Summer 2026: full refund if you cancel by May 15, 2026. After May 15, cancellations are refunded as account credit only. Session changes are allowed without fees.
Drop-off / pick-up: Regular pickup runs through 3:30 PM. Extended care runs until 6:30 PM, and campers not signed out by 6:35 PM incur a $1 per minute late fee. See the extended-care page for current details.
Medical and allergies: Pack lunch, snack, water bottle, and sunscreen. Notify staff about life-threatening allergies and any EpiPen needs before camp starts.
