Refund policy

Withdraw 14+ days before camp for a refund to the original payment method minus a 3% or $12 processing fee. Within 7-13 days, remaining funds return as account credit. Less than 7 days: no refunds or credits.

Drop-off / pick-up

Pickup is at the entrance or gate to the tennis courts. Children under 16 must wait for an authorized adult unless a self-checkout form is approved.

Medical and allergies

Athletic shoes are required. Bring snacks, water, a hat, sunscreen, and lunch for all-day camp. Racquets and paddles can be borrowed or purchased on site.

Weather policy

Inclement-weather cancellations are rescheduled when possible. AQI 151+ or heat of 103F+ cancels outdoor programs with a make-up provided.
